Treatment and Products:
All purchases of Facet treatments are final because treatments dispensed for you cannot be used for another patient. Our pharmacy prohibits the return of prescription medications, and all other treatments, due to consumer safety regulations. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused.
With that said, we want you to receive high-quality products that are ready to use. That means we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for an item, call or text us at (855) 658-8855 from 10am ET to 6pm ET or send us an email at help@facetcare.com, and we'll coordinate with you on how to replace your order. You must report this within 30 days of the original ship date to receive a free replacement. If more than 30 days have elapsed after the original ship date, we reserve the right to deny any financial relief.

Consultations:
Once a consultation has been reviewed by a provider, the consultation fee is nonrefundable.
