After your doctor prescribes you a treatment plan, you will receive an email asking you to log into your account and confirm the plan.
- If you change your mind about the plan or need to make adjustments to it, please let your doctor know via the doctor messaging portal as soon as possible.
- Once your plan is approved, your order will be sent to the pharmacy for processing.
- We cannot guarantee we'll be able to make any changes to your order after the pharmacy begins processing.
- If you are an existing patient, and you'd like to discuss alternative options with your doctor, please reach out to help@facetcare.com if your subscription is scheduled to renew soon. We'll help ensure you aren't charged while you are still discussing your options with your doctor.
