If my medication request does not get approved, will I get a refund for my consultation fee?

If you receive a medical consultation (meaning your online health assessment is reviewed by our medical team), we do not offer refunds for the consultation. If, however, you paid for medication requested and our medical team did not prescribe it after reviewing your information, you will receive a refund for the medication.
