If I use insurance for my initial consultation with Facet, could I receive a refund?

By entering your insurance and payment information and submitting your request, you authorize us, our affiliates, or our third-party payment processors to charge the amount due.

If you receive a medical consultation, medical consult fees are not subject to or eligible for a refund. This includes medical consult fees paid for in part or in full through insurance.
