Picnic only provides telemedicine services, which means you'll only interact with your Picnic doctor via Picnic's secure messaging portal. You can directly message your doctor anytime via our secure online portal by signing into your account and clicking the "Messaging" tab. Your doctor should get back to you in less than 24 hours.
If your doctor does not get back to you in a timely manner please reach out to a Picnic Care Specialist at help@picnicallergy.com and we’ll ensure we get you the care you need.
