How do I cancel my Picnic subscription?

We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your Picnic subscription, but we understand if we are not the right fit for your allergy needs. 

We try to make this as easy as possible for you. To cancel, you can email us at [e-mail] from the email your account is attached to. You can also text or call us at (205)-875-8432 (Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm EST) and we’ll help you out. ***We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.***

Please note your cancellation is not official until you receive a cancellation confirmation email.
