Refunds & Returns: All purchases of Picnic treatments are final. This is because our products are medications, so once they are packaged for you, they legally cannot be used for another patient. Our pharmacy's regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of treatment for refunds, even if it is unused.
Exchanges (if applicable): With that said, we want you to receive high-quality products that are ready to use. That means we will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@picnicallergy.com, and we'll coordinate with you how to exchange your order if applicable.
